SION’S PARSI-STYLE CARROT SALAD
INGREDIENTS: |

1¼ lb. Carrots, coarsely grated
·
7 oz. Apples, peeled and coarsly grated
·
2¼ oz. Almonds, toasted and chopped
·
2 Tbs. Olive Oil (Spanish) KP
·
2 Tbs. Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
·
1 tsp. Cumin, ground KP
·
½ tsp. Cinnamon, ground KP
·
½ tsp. Sugar

DIRECTIONS: |

Mix all ingredients together.

Don't add salt, as it would soak up
water !

Refrigerate at least one hour.

Serve and enjoy.
YIELDS:
6 servings.
