MEAT AND MASHED POTATO PIE |

INGREDIENTS: |
|
|
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1/4 tsp parsley
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Paprika, salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 4 cups mashed potatoes

DIRECTIONS: |

|
- In a skillet, sauté onion, beef, parsley and
seasonings in olive oil until lightly browned.
- Add mushrooms and cook 1 minute longer
- Grease a 10-inch pie plate with vegetable cooking
spray.
- Line the bottom of the pie plate with half of the
mashed potatoes.
- Add meat mixture.
- Top with remaining mashed potatoes.
- Bake for 4 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Serves 6.
