SWEET FARFEL KUGEL (PARVE) |

INGREDIENTS: |
|
|
- 5 cups matzo farfel
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 large apples, cored and grated
- 1/2 cup ground nuts
- 2 bananas, mashed
|

|
DIRECTIONS: |
|
|
- Cover farfel with cold water and drain immediately
- Add eggs, sugar, salt and oil
- Add apple, bananas and 1/4 cup of nuts.
- Pour into an 8 x 11 or 9 x 13-inch greased glass
baking dish.
- Sprinkle remaining nuts on top
- Bake in a 350 degree oven 1 hour.
- Yields approximately 12 servings.
