INGREDIENTS: |
|
| |
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tbs. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt.
- 2 cups matza meal
- 4 beaten eggs
|
|

INSTRUCTIONS: |
|
| |
- Place the water, olive oil, sugar and salt in a pot and bring them
to a boil
- Remove pot from fire, and carefully stir in the cups of matza
meal.
- Then add the beaten eggs.
- Being careful not to burn yourself, form mixture into 1.5" - 2"
balls and place on an oiled baking sheet.
- Wet your index finger and poke it through the center of each
"bagel".
- Bake them at 375 degrees F for 50 minutes, or until they look nice
and golden.
- Let cool.
- Enjoy with KP Cream cheese, jam or plain
