INGREDIENTS: |
|
| |
- 2 sticks margarine, Parve, KP
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbs. orange juice, KP
- 1/2 cup matzo cake meal , KP
- 1 tsp potato starch, KP
- 1 tsp salt
- 8 oz chocolate chips, KP
- 1 tsp KP vanilla extract & or vanilla sugar

INSTRUCTIONS: |

| |
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease cookie sheets.
- Cream margarine and sugar
- Add eggs and mix well.
- Add all remaining ingredients except chocolate chips
- Mix well.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Drop by teaspoons onto greased cookie sheets.
- bake 20 to 25 minutes, until light brown.
