INGREDIENTS: |
|
| |
- 1 1/2 cups matzo meal, KP
- 1 1/2 cups matzo farfel, KP
- 1 1/2 cups sugar, KP
- 1 cup raisins, KP
- 1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips, KP
- 1 tsp. cinnamon, KP
- 3 large eggs
- 2/3 cup walnut oil, KP

INSTRUCTIONS: |

| |
- Mix together the first 7 ingredients
- Add the eggs and oil and mix together well
- The dough will seem dry and crumble, but it will hold together
when cooked.
- Drop by tablespoons onto greased cookie sheet
- Press lightly to hold together, if necessary
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
