INGREDIENTS: |
|
| |
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar, granulated
- 4 tbs. vegetable oil, KP
- 1 cup cake meal, KP
- 1/2 cup nuts, ground
- 2/3 cup coconut, shredded, KP
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder, KP
- 1/2 bag chocolate chip & / or nuts, KP

INSTRUCTIONS: |

| |
- Mix eggs, sugar and oil together.
- Add dry ingredients, blending in all components well
- Add chocolate chips and combine.
- Refrigerate dough for 15 minutes or so.
- Divide into 3 parts, and form each part into a "log"
- Place on an oiled baking sheet and / or lined with parchment
paper.
- Make sure to leave room between the logs, as they expand a bit
during baking.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees F.
- Remove from oven
- Cut each log into pieces
- Spread the pieces out on the pan
- Bake for another 10 minutes at 350 degrees F.
