ARTICHOKE HEARTS (PARVE) |

INGREDIENTS: |
|
|
- 6 Artichokes
- 1 lemon
- Water
- 1 egg
- Sea Salt & Black pepper
- Olive Oil
|
|
|
INSTRUCTIONS: |
|
|
- In a pot with warm water, lace the artichokes with the hearts
facing down and stems up.
- Add salt and pepper with a little lemon juice
- Cover and cook until tender
- In a plate beat the egg and the juice of 1 lemon adding a little
of the soup and finally pour the egg into the pot stirring constantly.
Use this as a side dish or as a soup.
