LEEK BALLS (PARVE) |

INGREDIENTS: |
|
|
- 4-6 leek
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp olive
- 4 tbsp matzah meal
- 1 onion
- Sea salt & black pepper
- Fresh dill & parsley (check for infestation)
|
|
|
INSTRUCTIONS: |
|
|
- Cut and wash the leek, then boil until tender
- Mix the above ingredients in the blender
- Shape the balls and fry them in a preheated frypan with oil
|
