INGREDIENTS: |
- 4 tsp oil
- 2 large onions, diced
- 3 pounds Kosher veal
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tsp paprika
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- tomato
- 1 cup water
|
DIRECTIONS: |
- Sauté onions
- Cut veal into 2-inch cubes. Add to the
onions.
- Add other ingredients and very little
water, about 1 cup.
- Cook at medium heat until the veal is
tender, about 1 hour.
- Serves 6.
