INGREDIENTS: |
- 4 tbsp oil
- 3 large onions, chopped
- 2 green peppers, diced
- 2 bunches celery, diced
- 1 loaf sliced bread
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 6 eggs
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Kosher poultry seasoning powder

DIRECTIONS: |
- Sauté vegetables in oil. Cook.
- Soak bread in water
- Take off excess water and add bread to
the sautéed vegetables.
- Mix chopped parsley with eggs, and add.
- Add spices last and mix.
- The mixture is then ready to stuff in the
salted cavity of the turkey
- Enough for an 18-pound turkey.
