KOSHER MEAT LOAF |
|
INGREDIENTS: |
- Oil
- 2 onions, chopped fine
- 2 pounds Kosher ground beef
- 4 eggs
- ⅔ cup bread crumbs
- ¼ cup Kosher ketchup
- Salt and black pepper, to taste

DIRECTIONS: |
- Sauté onions in oil.
- Place Kosher ground beef in mixing bowl. Loosen
with hands.
- Break eggs over beef
- Add sautéed onions, bread crumbs,
ketchup, salt and pepper.
- Mix well. Bake in greased meat loaf pan
at 325°F for 1½ hours.
- Serves 8
