INGREDIENTS: |
- 4 tbsp oil
- 1 medium onion, diced fine
- 4 pounds Kosher chicken parts, cut up
- water
- Salt, pepper and paprika, to taste.
- Garlic powder, to taste
- 1 cup rice
- 3 tbsp flour
- Water

DIRECTIONS: |
- Saute onion and Kosher chicken parts in the oil.
- Add enough water to cover the chicken.
Cook slowly until tender
- Add spices. Make thickener with the flour
and small amount water. Add to cooked chicken.
- Cook rice. Drain and add to chicken
