INGREDIENTS: |
- Noodles, medium width
- Olive oil
- 1 large Kosher chicken (fryer), with additional
pieces
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 4 tomatoes, chunked.
- 1 large can of Kosher tomato sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Oregano and thyme, to taste
- 1 pound mushrooms, sliced
- ¾ cup wine or sherry

DIRECTIONS: |
- Cook noodles and drain. Put aside.
- In large heavy frying pan, heat oil and
brown Kosher chicken on all sides in the oil. Take out and put on
plate.
- Fry onions and pepper lightly.
- Add chicken and brown.
- Pour in chopped tomatoes, sauce,
seasoning, and fry slowly over low to medium heat.
- Add mushrooms and fry a little longer
- Serve over noodles.
