6 quarts water
1 whole chopped cabbage
4 slices carrots
2 large diced onions
4 pieces diced celery
3 tbsp salt
1 cup chopped parsley
Paprika to taste |

DIRECTIONS: |
- Bring water to boil
- Add vegetables. Reduce heat to medium.
- Cook for about 2 hours.
- Serves 8 - 10
