INGREDIENTS: |
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 pounds Kosher beef, diced
- 1 pound carrots, sliced
- Paprika, salt and pepper, to taste
- Water
- 2 pounds red potatoes, peeled and cubed
|
DIRECTIONS: |
- Sauté onions in the oil.
- Add Kosher meat, carrots and seasoning. Brown
Well.
- Add enough water to cover meat
- Simmer until almost cooked.
- Add potatoes. Cook until meat and
potatoes are tender
- Serves 6.
