coriander |

cardamom |

ground cloves |

butternut squash peeled and cubed |

DIRECTIONS:
|
- Sauté onion in olive oil in a small casserole.
- Stir in salt, cumin, coriander, cardamom, and cloves.
- Add squash and 1 cup water.
- Cook until tender.
