GREEK PASTA FLORA WITH PEACH JAM (DAIRY / PARVE)

INGREDIENTS: |

| INSTRUCTIONS: |
Preheat oven to
350 F.
-
Sift the flour and mix it with
the baking powder.
-
Put it in a bowl, add the
sugar, butter, yolk, lemon zest and
the brandy.
-
Knead all of the ingredients
until they become a soft dough.
-
Separate the dough into 2
pieces, open one up and put it into a
10" pie dish with butter.
-
Before baking, pick it
with a wooden toothpick.
-
Bake it for 30 minutes.
-
Take it out and spread
marmalade on it.
-
With the other piece of dough make
strips, which you are going to put on the pie.
-
Bake it for 35-40 minutes at
350 F.
-
Take it out when it is ready
leave it to cool and then cut it into pieces.
