Preheat oven to 187°C.

Mix the olive oil with the sugar.

Add the baking soda dissolved in the juice.
-
Then add the cinnamon and cloves, the wine and
sesame.
-
At the end, add the flour mixed and the baking
powder.
-
Knead into a soft dough and form the biscuits.
-
There is no need to add extra sesame on top.
-
Bake in preheated oven until golden ~ ½ - ¾ hour.
-
Test with toothpick to see that it comes out clear.
-
