PEAR-CRANBERRY SAUCE
| INGREDIENTS: |
- 1/3 cup fresh cranberries
- 3 tbsp water
- 2 pears, peeled and coarsely chopped
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp grated orange rind
|
| DIRECTIONS: |
- Combine firs 3 ingredients in a
small saucepan. Cover and cook over low heat 25 minutes or until
cranberries pop, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat; Stir in sugar
and rind. Cool to room temperature.
Yield:
2 servings. Serving size about 1/3 cup |
