KOSHER SPANISH RECIPES |

INGREDIENTS: |

1 Tbs. kosher salt
-
1 Red Onion, large, thinly sliced lengthwise
-
1 tsp. Black Peppercorns, whole
-
1 tsp. Oregano, dried
-
1 tsp. Cumin Seeds
-
3 Garlic Cloves, peeled and halved lengthwise
-
1½ cups Red Wine Vinegar *KOSHER*
/ white distilled vinegar

| INSTRUCTIONS: |
1.
In a bowl, toss salt and onion together.
2.
Let sit until onion releases some of its liquid, ~15 minutes.
3.
Transfer to jar along with peppercorns, oregano, cumin, and
garlic.
4.
Pour vinegar over contents of jar.
5.
Seal with lid.
6.
Refrigerate for minimum of 4 hours before using.
YIELDS:
1¾ cups.
