1.
Heat the oil in a large skillet.

Add garlic.
3.
Sauté half of the garlic until brown.
Careful not to burn.
4.
Remove the garlic from the oil.
5.
Add the mushrooms to the garlic oil
and sauté the mushrooms at high heat for ~ 5 minutes
+/- while stirring.
6.
Turn the heat to low and allow the
mushrooms to cook for another 15 minutes.
7.
Stir regularly to prevent the
mushrooms from sticking to the bottom.
8.
If you feel the mushrooms are running
dry, don't hesitate to add some more oil.
9.
Add most of the parsley and the
remainder of the garlic during the last 5 minutes of
cooking.
10.
Add some salt to taste, and stir well
a number of times.
11.
Serve the garlic mushrooms in small
bowls.
12.
Garnish with some finely chopped
parsley.
