1.
Wash and peel the zucchini, cut into
thin slices.

Cut the
half onion into julienne slices.
3.
In a
medium-sized frying-pan, heat the
olive oil.
4.
First, fry
the thinly sliced zucchini slices.
5.
Now add the
half onion to the zucchini.
6.
Fry
everything together over a medium
heat.
7.
When still
soft, add the salt and eggs.
8.
Stir until
the eggs are set.
