SHAVUOT KOSHER RECIPES |

INGREDIENTS: |
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 shallots, thinly sliced
(check carefully for infestation)
- 1 cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 long hot red pepper, sliced,
(optional)

INSTRUCTIONS: |

Place all ingredients in
a serving bowl. Chill and serve.
YIELDS: 2 servings
NOTE: In the
Country of Thailand, they use long red peppers that are mild,
but they are hard to find outside the country. You can also
reduce the amount of sugar, if you desire.
