• A.  According to your question, most of the breads in Bulgaria are made with animal fats. But there is Kosher bread too. The "Dobrudja" , " Zavodski" , white breads are not officialy Kosher, but still good for eating. You can also order Kosher bread from our "Chabad" Jewish Community Center in Sofia.
