KOSHER BREAD RECIPES |

BANANA BREAD WITH RAW HONEY (GLUTEN FREE) |

INGREDIENTS: |
|
| |
- 1½ cup Bananas, mashed ( about 4 medium bananas)
- ½ cup Olive Oil “GREEK”
- 2 Eggs, large pastured
- ¾ cup Raw Honey
- 1 tsp. Vanilla, pure extract
- 2 cups Baking Flour, gluten free
- 1 tsp. Baking Soda
- ½ tsp. Salt, sea
- ½ tsp. Cinnamon
- ½ cup Greek Yogurt, plain

INSTRUCTIONS: |

- In a large bowl mix mashed bananas, oil, eggs, honey, and
vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl mix flour, baking soda,
salt, and cinnamon.
- Add dry ingredients all at once to the
wet ingredients and stir.
- Gently stir in yogurt.
- Pour
batter into 2 greased loaf pans.
- Bake at 325°F for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick
inserted comes out clean.
