CELERY SALAD - DAIRY
Yield: 2 servings. Serving size: about 2/3
cup.
INGREDIENTS: |
- ¾ cup sliced celery
- ¹/³ cup dried sweet cherries
- ¹/³ cup frozen green peas, thawed
- 3 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1½ tbsp fat-free kosher mayonnaise
- 1½ tbsp plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 tbsp chopped pecans, toasted
- 1½ tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
You may also use dried cranberries and walnuts.

- Combine all ingredients; chill.
