KOSHER SALAD RECIPES

INGREDIENTS: |
• 2 tomatoes
• 1 cucumber
• 2 oz feta cheese
• 8 – 10 pitted Kalamata olives
• 1 small onion
• 1 tsp. capers
• 1 green bell pepper
• 2 tsp. vinegar
• 2 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil
• 1 tsp. oregano
• Salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS: |
1. Cut tomatoes into wedges, cucumbers,
onion and pepper into
slices and place in a salad bowl.
2. Add salt, vinegar, extra virgin olive oil
and oregano and toss.
3.Top with *crumbled* feta cheese, pitted
Kalamata olives and
capers.
4. Serve.
YIELDS:
