PAPPAS'
EGGS with TOMATO SAUCE (PARVE or DAIRY)
INGREDIENTS: |
-
1 onion, medium-size,
finely chopped (check
for infestation)
-
1 bell pepper, finely chopped
-
2 tomatoes peeled, seeded and
chopped
-
2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
-
salt
-
pepper
-
2 Tablespoon.
KOSHER grated cheese
(optional) -
2 eggs
|
INSTRUCTIONS: |
- Fry onion and
pepper in olive oil until soft.
- Add tomatoes,
salt and pepper and when the sauce
thickens, stir in cheese.
- Break the eggs
in the sauce, sprinkle with a little
salt and fry until the egg whites are
cooked.
- Serve - Hot !!!!
