Tomatoes &Green Pepper Salad "Salada Matbocha": You will need:
Tomatoes - 2
Pounds
Green Pepper - 1 Pound
Oil - Half a cup (or you may use PAM)
Garlic
Paprika - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
1. Wash and cut the green pepper to little squares.
2.
Wash and cut the tomatoes to little squares.
3.
Hit the oil/Pam in a pan.
4.
Add the green pepper and the garlic. Fry until the
garlic will
become brownie.
5.
Add the tomatoes and the spices.
6.
Mix and fry until you will not have liquids in the pan.
7.
Serve hot or cold.
