DIET APPLE CAKE 6 SERVINGS:
INGREDIENTS: |
1 cup and 2 tbsp whole wheat
or white flour
6 packets of sweetener
2 tsp cinnamon
1 dash salt
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup diet margarine
3 eggs
3 small peeled and shredded apples |
DIRECTIONS: |

Combine flour, sweetener, cinnamon,
baking powder and salt in a large bowl and mix well. |

Add beaten eggs, vanilla and melted
margarine, mixing it all together. |

Mix in the apple shreds. |

Place batter in an 8" nonstick
(or sprayed) baking dish and bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes. |

Cool, cut and serve. |
