Brown
the onion and garlic. You may
want to use oil or oil
spray for less calories.
Add the meat
and brown it in the same pan.
Add all the
spices except for the chicken
soup powder.
Add Tomatoes
if you want. If not - add the
water.
-Bring to boil.
Add the
chicken soup powder. Mix. Bring
to boil again and bring
temperature to low. Cook for 20
minutes. Cool.
Take off the
extra liquid and use it on the
top when you serve.
After the
ground meat is cold add 2 eggs,
mix with the meat.
You may want
to take an aluminum foil, spray a
cooking oil so it won't stick and
roll the meat into the aluminum
foil. Put the roll on a sprayed
pan and into the oven for 45
minutes to an hour on 350 F.
Put on the
roll the liquid that you saved
and a small green leaf for
decoration and you are all set.
Or - You may skip the aluminum
foil and put the meat directly
into the sprayed pan. All the
rest is the same.
For
kids:
Sometimes they don't like the
onion so you may skip the onion
or chop it to very tiny pieces so
they will not identify it...
