6 Big Tomatoes

Mustard Seeds
-
Few Red Chilies
-

Little Tamarind
-
Salt, for Taste

Few Coriander Seeds

INSTRUCTIONS: |
-
In a non-stick pan fry mustard seeds, coriander
seeds, and dry red chilies without oil.
-
Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and fry them
separately in the oil for 10 min.
-
When cool, mix the tomatoes with the fried
mixture and add salt and tamarind.
-
Grind the whole stuff.
