KOSHER RECIPES: SALADS |

|
INGREDIENTS: |

¾ cup Parsley, chopped flat-leaf
-
½ cup Mint Leaves, chopped
-
¼ cup Red Onion, finely chopped
-
3 Tbs. Pomegranate Molasses
-
3 Tbs. Lemon Juice, fresh
-
2 Tbs. Thyme, chopped, fresh
-
½ tsp. dried ground Aleppo Pepper or Paprika
-
8 Scallions, finely chopped (check for
infestation)
-
6 medium Tomatoes, cored and finely chopped
-
2 large Banana Peppers or Italian Frying
Peppers, stemmed, seeded, and finely chopped
-
1 clove Garlic, finely chopped
-
Kosher salt, to taste
-
Black Pepper, freshly ground, to taste
-
1 tsp. Sumac, ground, for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS: |
-
Stir carefully first 11 ingredients together in
a large bowl.

Season with salt and pepper.
-
Garnish with sumac and serve.
