ANAT'S CUCUMBER
DIP - TZAJIKI (DAIRY)
INGREDIENTS: |
- 1 medium, peeled and
finely chopped Cucumber
- 1/2 pint Yogurt
"KOSHER"
- 1 tablespoon ELEA
Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Vinegar
"KOSHER'
- 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon chopped Dill
(check for infestation)
- 1 Clove Garlic

INSTRUCTIONS: |
- Combine all
ingredients.
- Chill at least
1 hour to blend flavors.
- Serve as a dip,
with fried fish, or with fried
eggplant and zucchini.
