PASSOVER OVEN ROASTED SEA BASS STUFFED WITH HERBS |

INGREDIENTS: |
|
|
- 2 freshly gutted whole sea bass
- 1 bunch fresh coriander
- 1 bunch flat leaf parsley
- 2 limes
- drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
|
|
|
INSTRUCTIONS: |
|
|
- Preheat oven to 355 degrees F.
- Rinse the sea bass and dry inside and hout with kitchen towel.
- Roughly chop the herbs.
- Add the zest and juice of 1 lime.
- Mix well adding a pinch of salt.
- Stuff the sea bass with the herb mix.
- Drizzle with oil and wrap in foil parcel
- Bake for 10-20 minutes depending on itz size.
- Serve while hot with a squeeze of fresh lime with new potatoes or
a green leafy salad.
