KOSHER PASTA RECIPES

ELIECER’S PASTA WITH ANCHOVIES, CAPERS, GARLIC &
TOMATOES
INGREDIENTS: |
-
1 package of past
-
1 Tbs. Olive Oil (Spanish)
-
3 Tomatoes, medium – large, chopped
-
2 Garlic Cloves, sliced
-
5 Anchovy Fillets - plus *KOSHER*
(Spanish)
-
1 Tbs. Capers, drained - plus *KOSHER*
(Spanish)

INSTRUCTIONS: |
1.
Bring a pot of water to boil.
2.
Add one package of pasta.
3.
Cook for ~ 12 minutes to AlDente.
4.
Drain.
5.
Heat the olive oil in a large sauté frying
pan.
6.
Add the tomatoes and the garlic to the pan.
7.
When you see that the tomatoes start to break
up.
8.
Add the anchovies and the capers. Carefully
9.
Add the drained / cooked pasta and toss
through well.
10.
Serve and enjoy !!!
