Linguine With salmon crème sauce (DAIRY)
good for the 9 days
INGREDIENTS: |

1 large onion
-
·
2 Tbs. olive oil “MONTOVA”
-
·
6 oz. fresh salmon
-
·
1 pint whipping
cream “KOSHER”
-
·
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
“KOSHER”
-
·
Salt and pepper to taste
-
·
1 lb. package fresh
linguine “TAMMA
PASTA”

INSTRUCTIONS: |

1.
Place medium sized pot filled
with water onto stove at high flame,
bring to fast boil.

2.
Meanwhile, peel, wash and
cube the onion.

3.
In a medium sized skillet,
sauté the onion with the olive oil
over medium heat for 3 minutes,
stirring frequently.

4.
Wash and cut the salmon in
small 1-inch pieces.
-
5.
Add to the onions and cook
for 3 more minutes.
-
6.
Add whipping cream, salt and
pepper, and half the grated cheese.
-
7.
Turn down the heat and simmer
an additional 5 minutes, stirring
frequently.

8.
Add the linguine to the
boiling water, stir immediately to
prevent sticking.

9.
Cover the pot, cook on high
so it comes back to a fast boil.

10.
Then uncover it and cook
according to the pasta package
directions or until the desired
tenderness, stirring frequently.

11.
Drain the pasta.
-
12.
Place it in a medium to large
serving bowl and pour the sauce over
the top.

13.
Let it sit for about 5
minutes or until the sauce has
thickened some.

14.
Serve hot with the remaining
grated cheese.
YIELD:
6 servings.
