QUICK FRESH ORANGE CRANBERRY SAUCE
INGREDIENTS: |
- 1 small orange, unpeeled and cut
in chunks
- 2 cans (16 ounces each) whole
cranberry sauce
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

DIRECTIONS: |
In food processor or blender, finely
chop orange chunks. In large bowl, combine finely chopped orange
with remaining ingredients. Chill well to blend flavors. Serve as an
accompaniment to cooked poultry.
