5 pods cardamom
1 3/4 cups water
2 teaspoons (rounded) Coffee
This is a quick, modern method for preparing ceremonial
coffee. It should be served in a small ornate pot and poured into the tiny
bowl-shaped cups as the hostess stands in front of each guest. As no sediment
remains in the bottom of the cup.
1. Gently boil the cardamom in the water for ten minutes.
(Some of the water will evaporate.)
2. Add the Coffee and boil for 1 minute.
3. Serve in very tiny cups.
